1. Agreement to Terms
Nkoranman Community Bank Plc ("the Bank", "NCB", "we", "us") provides banking and financial services subject to these Terms and Conditions. By opening an account, using our services, or accessing our website, you ("the Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these terms.
These terms apply to all products and services offered by Nkoranman Community Bank Plc, including but not limited to savings accounts, current accounts, loans, investments, remittance services, and mobile banking services.
In short: We are a licensed community bank regulated by the Bank of Ghana. Our registration and regulatory details are available at any branch.
2. About the Bank
Nkoranman Community Bank Plc was incorporated on 27th August 1987, and is headquartered in Seikwa, Tain District, Bono Region, Ghana. We are a licensed community bank operating under the regulatory framework of the Bank of Ghana.

In short: You must provide accurate information when opening an account and keep your credentials secure.
3. Account Opening & Eligibility
To open an account with Nkoranman Community Bank Plc, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or have a legal guardian)
- Provide valid government-issued identification
- Provide proof of address
- Provide accurate and complete information during the application process
- Meet the minimum deposit requirements for your chosen account type
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. The Bank reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.
In short: We take reasonable steps to protect your funds and data, but you must also protect your PINs and account credentials.
4. Security & Responsibility
The Bank implements industry-standard security measures to protect your accounts and personal information. However, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your PINs, passwords, and USSD codes confidential
- Not sharing your account credentials with unauthorized persons
- Reporting any suspicious activity on your account immediately
- Ensuring your mobile phone and devices are secure
In short: If you have a complaint, contact us first. We have a formal complaints procedure.
5. Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, you have the right to file a complaint. Our complaints process is as follows:
- Contact your branch manager or visit any of our branches
- Your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 business days
- We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days
- If unresolved, you may escalate to the Bank of Ghana

6. Changes to Terms
The Bank reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our branches, website, and other official channels. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
