Our Leadership

Kingsford Nyarko Fordjour is an accountant at the Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Sunyani. He holds an MSc in Industrial Finance and Investment from KNUST-Kumasi, a BSc in Commerce (B.Com) from the University of Cape Coast, and an HND in Accountancy from Koforidua Technical University. He joined Nkoranman Community Bank Plc as a Board Member, served as Chairman of the Credit Committee, and now serves as Board Chairman.

Faustina Addae Gyan is an Assistant Internal Auditor at Atebubu College of Education with over twenty-eight years of working experience in auditing and education. She holds an MBA in Accounting and an MBA in Banking and Finance from Valley View University, a Post-Chartered Diploma in Forensic Audit from ICA-G, a BBA in Accounting, and an HND in Accountancy. She was awarded the Overall Best Female Internal Auditor in Ghana for the 2022/2023 auditing year by the Internal Audit Agency.

Mr. Ali Maamah is the Chief Executive Officer of Nkoranman Community Bank Plc, with over fifteen years of experience in banking and financial services. He holds an MSc in Banking and Finance and is a CIB-Ghana Level 3 member. His expertise covers corporate finance, auditing, credit, risk management, and banking operations. Before his appointment as CEO in August 2025, he held senior management roles focused on efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.

Mr. Daniel Atta Opoku is the Head of Microfinance Department at Nkoranman Community Bank Plc, with over twelve years of experience in banking and field work. He holds a Degree in Marketing and specializes in group formation and loan recoveries.

Mr. Appiah Kwadwo is the Head of Credit at Nkoranman Community Bank Plc, with over ten years of experience in banking and financial services. He holds a BA in Integrated Development Studies from the University for Development Studies.

Mrs. Justina Aabule is the Head of Operations at Nkoranman Community Bank Plc, with over twenty-three years of experience in banking and financial services. She holds an MSc in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Cape Coast and is a CIB Ghana member.

Emmanuel Amenyo Ababio Ablordeppey is the Head of Susu Department at Nkoranman Community Bank Plc, with over fourteen years of experience in banking, marketing, and sales. He holds a B.Ed in Management from the University of Cape Coast and a certificate in IT from IPMC. He specializes in marketing, sales, staff training, and relationship management across branches.

Miss Regina Domfeh serves as Head of Human Resources at Nkoranman Community Bank Plc, with over five years of experience in banking and financial services, directing personnel management, institutional administration, and staff development.

Mr. Felix A. W. Ibikang is the Acting Internal Auditor at Nkoranman Community Bank Plc, with over twenty-six years of experience in banking and financial services. He holds a BSc in Education (Accounting) from the Catholic University of Ghana.

Mr. Kumah Kwabena David is the Head of Risk & Compliance at Nkoranman Community Bank Plc, with over twenty-three years of experience in banking and financial services. He holds a BBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Education, Winneba.

Theophilus Paah Kwabena Dontoh is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in credit management. He previously served as Branch Credit Officer and now leads as Branch Manager of the Seikwa branch, driving growth in deposit mobilization, improving customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence.

Christian Blankson is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in branch operations. He leads as Branch Manager of the Wenchi branch, committed to driving growth in deposit mobilization, improving customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence.

Seidu Hamidu Banigamse is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in banking. He leads as Branch Manager of the Nsawkaw branch, committed to driving growth in deposit mobilization, improving customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence.

Adamu Mohammed is an experienced banking professional with a strong background in banking. He holds an HND in Accounting from Tamale Polytechnic. He leads as Branch Manager of the Berekum branch, committed to driving growth in deposit mobilization, improving customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence.

Emmanuel Yaw Oppong is the Branch Manager of the Sunyani branch of Nkoranman Community Bank Plc, establishing community banking services in the Bono regional capital.

Francis Acheampong is the Branch Manager of the Adamsu branch of Nkoranman Community Bank Plc, serving farmers, traders, and families across the Jaman South region.
