Visit any of our seven branches with a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and a passport-size photograph. A branch officer will guide you through the process and explain current requirements.

Account opening requires an in-person visit to one of our branches. However, once your account is active, you can manage many transactions through GhanaPay, USSD, or MoMo Transfer.
